Terms of Use
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. Overview
These terms govern your booking and use of the workspace at FlexDeskery, located at The Gallery, Suite 205, 276 Newport Road, New London, New Hampshire 03257 ("FlexDeskery," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a day or otherwise using the space, you agree to these terms. FlexDeskery provides a single quiet room with a conference table, fast Wi-Fi, and available monitors for day-use rental. We are not a flex-desk company, a co-working operator, or an office landlord, and these terms reflect that limited service.
2. Your Booking
A booking grants you non-exclusive use of the room for the day(s) you select. Access is by door code, which we send to you before your booking begins, along with the Wi-Fi password. Bookings are for the day(s) reserved only; the space is also used part-time by ResQWare Solutions and Semper Paratus CPR, and other day users may book on different days. We may cancel or reschedule a booking with reasonable notice and a full refund if the space is unavailable for reasons outside our control (for example, building maintenance or an emergency).
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking through our online reservation system. Discounts for full-week bookings and monthly arrangements are available by contacting us. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change; the price in effect at the time you book is the price you pay.
4. Card on File — Damage, Theft, and Misuse
At or before the time of booking, a valid payment card is kept on file. By booking, you authorize FlexDeskery to charge that card for any of the following:
- Damage to the room, the conference table, monitors, cabling, furniture, fixtures, or any other property in the space, whether caused by you or by anyone you let in.
- Theft or loss of any FlexDeskery property, including monitors, cables, remotes, keys, or access devices.
- Misuse of the space, including smoking or vaping indoors, tampering with the door lock or access system, propping or sharing the door code with anyone not on your booking, removing equipment from the room, or any use that creates a safety hazard or disrupts the building.
- Excessive cleaning required as a result of your use, including spills, stains, or waste left behind.
Charges for damage, theft, or misuse will be limited to the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or remediation, plus any documented third-party service fees. Where the cost cannot be determined immediately, we will provide an itemized statement before charging the card. You are responsible for the acts of anyone you allow into the space during your booking. This card-on-file authorization survives the end of your booking for the purpose of charging amounts discovered after you leave.
5. Acceptable Use
The space is intended for quiet work. You agree to use it lawfully and with reasonable care, to keep the door code confidential, and not to use the room for any activity that is illegal, hazardous, or that could damage the space or disturb others in the building. You may bring food and drink and use the fridge provided; please clean up after yourself.
6. No Warranty; As-Is
The building is mid-renovation and the space is deliberately simple. The room, Wi-Fi, and monitors are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet, monitor compatibility with your device, or that the space will be free of minor cosmetic imperfections from the ongoing renovation. To the fullest extent permitted by New Hampshire law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the space.
7. Liability
You are responsible for your personal property while at FlexDeskery. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. You use the space at your own risk. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your booking is limited to the amount you paid for the booking at issue.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we cancel a booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect on the date you book govern your booking. Continued use of the space after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
