FlexDeskery ("we," "us," or "our") operates a day-use quiet workspace at The Gallery, Suite 205, 276 Newport Road, New London, New Hampshire 03257. 2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to take and fulfill your booking:

• Contact details you provide when booking: name, email address, and phone number.
• Payment information: a card kept on file through our secure payment processor. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Booking details: the day(s) you reserve and any notes you add to your booking.
• Communications: the content of emails, texts, or calls you send us.
• Technical information: basic device and browser information collected automatically when you visit our site, such as IP address and the pages you view.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process your booking and send you the door code and Wi-Fi password.
• Process payments and, where permitted by our Terms of Use, charge the card on file for damage, theft, or misuse of the space.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Maintain records required for accounting, tax, and legitimate business purposes.
• Protect the security of the space and investigate misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the service or as required by law:

• Service providers: our payment processor and booking platform, which handle card and reservation data under their own security standards.
• Building management: only the access details needed to allow you entry to the building, when required.
• Legal compliance: where disclosure is required by New Hampshire or federal law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored in full on our systems. Door codes and Wi-Fi passwords are sent only to the contact on the booking. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We keep booking and contact records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes, and to support any card-on-file charge for damage, theft, or misuse discovered after a booking ends. After that period, we delete or anonymize the data.

7. Your Rights Under New Hampshire Law

New Hampshire residents have certain rights regarding their personal information. You may:

• Request access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. FlexDeskery does not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at reservations@flexdeskery.com or 240-444-0049. We will respond within a reasonable time, generally no more than 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Sensitive Information

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, health information, or government ID numbers through this site. If you provide any such information in a message, please be aware it is not necessary for your booking and we will not use it.

9. Children's Privacy

FlexDeskery is intended for adults booking workspace. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the date you book applies to your information. We will post the updated date above.
